Hawaii Swimming retains the right to use any and all pictures and/or images of participants in the Swimming for Life Program, regardless of age.

Children, under the age of 18 years old:

~will be in group shots.

~if in a solo picture, the picture will be taken from a distance.

~individual, close-up pictures will be discussed with the parent/guardian prior to use.

~names will NOT be displayed.

~standard, regular internet safety guidelines will be followed.

*Parents/Guardians are required to select to consent/give permission on the registration form.

*Participants over 18 years old will adhere to the above policy with the exception of parent/guardian consent.
