Hawaii Swimming, partners, homeowners, Trusts, instructors, and other associated entities shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, or death, or any type of incident.

~There are NO Lifeguards on-duty, therefore if you choose to participate, you do so at your own risk.

~Please be vigilant at supervising your swimmer/s during lessons.

~All participants and parents/guardians shall follow all safety regulations and rules.

*Parents/Guardians are required to be water watchers during classes/lessons.  It is your responsibility to supervise your swimmer/s during classes and lessons.
